Vincenzo Salvatore is a globally accomplished executive chef with over 20 years of experience leading top-tier kitchens across Europe, Asia, and the United States. Trained at the prestigious Gambero Rosso Culinary Institute and holding a master’s degree in Culinary Arts, Vincenzo combines classical techniques with innovative vision to create exceptional dining experiences.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to multiple Michelin-starred restaurants, including L’Olivo (2 stars), Il Riccio (1 star), Assaje (1 star), La Sponda (1 star), and Atelier Robuchon (2 stars). His international consulting work spans luxury hotels such as Villa Magna in Madrid, Palace Hotel in Tokyo, and La Mamounia in Morocco, where he helped launch and elevate fine dining operations.

In South Florida, Vincenzo has served as Executive Chef for high-end establishments such as Casa D’Angelo, Casa Tua Cucina, and Doma Wynwood earning recognition from Gambero Rosso as Miami’s “Most Influential Italian Restaurant” in 2019 and features on Channel 7’s Bites with Belkys and in South Florida Luxury Guide Magazine.

Known for his leadership, Vincenzo has managed teams of up to 500 employees, overseeing multi-location operations, private events, menu development, food and labor cost control, and comprehensive staff training. His culinary philosophy blends tradition with modernity, showcasing seasonal ingredients and refined techniques to deliver consistently elevated cuisine. Fluent in the language of excellence, Vincenzo brings passion, discipline, and an international flair to every kitchen he leads.
